You’ll enjoy private, secure access to the property through our keypad smart lock. Your unique entry code will be sent before check-in, allowing you to arrive anytime after 4 PM without needing to meet anyone or pick up keys.

Enjoy full access to the home, including the living area, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and private balcony. Parking information and building access instructions will also be provided prior to your arrival for a smooth check-in experience.

HOUSE RULES:

We love pets, but they’re not allowed here. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 cleaning fee.
No parties or events. Violations may incur a $500 additional cleaning fee.
Please respect max occupancy. Unauthorized guests will be charged $100 per guest.
Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM. Excessive noise may incur HOA fines of $50+
No smoking or vaping inside or on the balcony. Violations incur a $500 fine.
No trailers, watercraft, motorcycles, buses, or motor homes are permitted anywhere on the resort.

Note: There may be security cameras in the common areas of the condominium complex such as the hallways, parking area, and pools that are not owned or controlled by Tidal Cohosting nor the owner of the condo.

Security & Guest Verification
This property complies with local regulations, which include completing a rental agreement, ID verification, and a refundable security hold (pending only, not a charge). Guests may opt for a $49 non-refundable damage waiver, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.
