Direct OCEANFRONT Beautifully Remodel 4th Floor Myrtle Beach Resort

Join us at the very front of this picturesque family friendly 33-acre gated community. A true OCEANFRONT unit overlooking the lagoon with uninhibited views of the white beaches & rolling Atlantic Ocean tides. This condo offers 1 Bed / 1 Bath plus a fully equipped kitchen with ample room for 6. While you’re here be sure to check out all the amenities including the Lazy River, indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzies, Sport courts, full fitness center, play areas, Snack shack and Beach Bar -402B

Our Condo:
This is an OCEANFRONT 4th floor unit that sleeps 6. There is One Bedroom with a Queen Bed, a Sleeper Sofa in the Main living area and a Bunk Bed set up in the entrance/hall area. What’s unique is the entrance/hall area has a door that can be closed making 3 separate sleeping areas all still having access to the bathroom making the space very efficient.

The condo is equipped with WIFI and Cable TV! We have 2 Flat screens located in the Bedroom and Main living area.

In the kitchen you will find all the amenities needed to prepare full meals. Including pots, pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender etc. Along with a dish washer, full fridge with filtered water and Ice maker.

Each stay includes linens, bath towels and a starting set up of paper products toilet paper, paper towels and makeup wipes. (Please bring beach towels, do not use bath towels outside of the unit)

In the bath we have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, make up wipes and hand soap.
For the Kiddies we have a Pack and Play, Highchair, for sets of utensils, and various beach toys that can be found in the closet.

Please keep in mind that there are NO PETS permitted on the grounds at Myrtle Beach Resort (unless proper service animal paperwork can be provided). This is also a SMOKE FREE UNIT.

---------Myrtle Beach Resort has implemented a $10 per vehicle per day gate fee that is payable by credit/debit card at the gate upon arrival. 2 cars per condo max. You will be issued a hang tag which will need to be displayed while parked at the resort . ----------

Great stay!

This condo is perfectly represented in the pics and description. We had family and friends staying in one of the next door campgrounds so it was the perfect location for us. Regardless, the balcony view of the lagoon and the full view of the beach and ocean are awesome. Easy instructions to get into resort and into the unit. Enjoyed listening to the karaoke at the beach bar each night. Very entertaining! 😊

We Book this property not knowing what to expect but it did not disappoint. The grand children had a lot to do with all the pools and play area, adult children enjoyed the karaoke at night and drinks right on the property. There was shopping close by, the airport was a 10 minute drive everything was very easy. I would definitely recommend.

Great View with all lots of resort amenities

Enjoyed our family vacation. It was two adults and three children. The condo was just big enough to accommodate us. The bunk beds and pull out sofa made everyone feel like they had their own space. Really enjoyed the ocean view. We loved watching the swans, geese and turtles every morning in the pond. Didn’t make it to the outside restaurant, however we enjoyed listening to karaoke and watch fireworks every night. This is definitely not a quiet beach getaway. If you like lots of things to do close by, it was great!

Just as described- and perfect!

I stayed with my 20 year old son, 17 year old daughter and their two teenage friends. The property is beautiful, and it had just enough room for all of us. The resort is safe, the balcony (breathtaking views) gave me a birds eye view of the beach where the teens hang out at night. One man I met said this is a “teenager’s paradise”- and it was. It was perfect for this mom, too- to see her kids and their friends having good, clean, beach fun! Close to the Boardwalk and convenient locations (like Walmart for groceries and great restaurants).

Very good getaway resort.

Nice resort and room. It was very private. The only downfall is there was nothing within walking distance of the resort. It's just a short drive to many restaurants and shopping, however we do like to occasionally walk to these places. If you want a relaxing vacation with alot of beach and pool time this is the resort for you. I recommend this resort and room especially for families with kids.

Spring Break in South Carolina

The view of the ocean from the condo was fabulous. The beach location was great for access and admiring from the balcony. There were lots of things to do at the resort and near by at Myrtle Beach. The bunkbeds worked well for the kids. The apartment was bright and clean and modern. The bathroom was a little tight, but very functional. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall, from booking the condo, to the great communication with the owner, we had an amazing trip! The condo was very easy to find and not having to check in at a desk and being able to go straight to the condo was very convenient. The condo was beautiful and the view straight to the ocean was our most favorite thing! We also loved all the amenities available on the resort grounds! The Quarter Deck restaurant has amazing food and entertainment without having to get in the car! Everything was absolutely amazing!

Great time

We really enjoyed this condo. The owner was very helpful any time I contacted him. He responded very quickly. It was a location that was close to everything. Easily accessible as well. The check-in/ check-out process was very easy! My kids, teenagers, and I as well as my husband very much enjoyed our stay here. Everything was close by so you barely had to leave the resort. We will definitely be back!

Excellent Rental Property

The Condo was very nicely remodeled. No complaints about that. The noise/karaoke from the beach bar ruined sitting out on the balcony at night. My only suggestion that the owner would have control over is to have a dedicated wifi network for the condo - using the available networks kept on dropping off and freezing the t.v. for streaming. Other than that, nice place!

It’s beautiful and the location is wonderful!

This property is so wonderful. It has recently been remodeled and it was a joy to stay here. The kitchen as better equipped than my one at home! Its ocean view is really nice. We enjoyed watching the geese and turtles on the lagoon directly in front of the condo. We were lucky enough to see a full moon rising over the ocean. This property owner was very responsive when contacted. Overall a good experience. I hope we will go back next year!

Enjoyed my stay

I had a great week and the resort is wonderful. The only complaint is the advertisement for the condo made it seem like the washer and dryer were in the condo. Also it advertised 3 bedroom when actually it was just one. Privacy was an issue when sleeping and changing clothes. But overall it was a great time.

Great communication, and beautiful view!

My brother is getting married, so he and I and a couple lifelong friends found this beautiful condo on VRBO and thought it would be a perfect spot for a weekend getaway to celebrate. The condo had a gorgeous view and was just a few steps from the ocean. Robert was terrific from the moment we booked through our entire stay. He was extremely responsive, helpful, kind, and seemed very concerned with our being comfortable and having everything we needed for a great weekend. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a weekend getaway reach out to Robert and rent one of his condos. My wife and kids will certainly be doing so in the coming months!
