1⭐ Review for Courtyard by Marriott Myrtle Beach Broadway
Very disappointed with this stay, especially considering the room was about $300 per night.
The bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t close, which is unacceptable for a hotel at this price. The room also felt dirty, like it had only been lightly cleaned and things were just pushed under the beds instead of properly cleaned.
The bathtub didn’t drain correctly, so water would just sit there and we literally had to push the water toward the drain with our feet, which was strange and frustrating.
The bed squeaked loudly every time you moved, making it hard to sleep. Our room was also located right next to a main door that slammed extremely loud every time someone used it, so there was constant noise.
We also had a baby with us, and the door slamming kept waking the baby up, which made the night even more difficult.
Even the outside areas looked poorly maintained, with cigarette butts everywhere, which didn’t give a great impression.
For $300 a night, I expected a clean, well-maintained, and quiet room. Unfortunately, this stay was not worth the price at all.
