All of the cloth items in the room (i.e. bedding, chair, carpet, etc.) was damp. We don't know if it was the humidity or what, but it was weird. We would've said something to the front desk worker, but they were coughing a lot (they mentioned having pneumonia?), and we think they were not sober on our late night arrival. Because of the potential for infection/dealing with someone under the influence, we decided to just deal with it, and sleep under damp covers since it was a safe place to sleep on our way home.

The pool area smelled of too much chlorine and burned eyes. The oven was down at hotel and therefore very limited breakfast available. 0 protein, mostly carb loaded items, no fruits or other options, juice was out. No one at front desk to do full signout. Ended up leaving cards in box and hoping checkout was completed.

The front desk had no staff for about 10 minutes so I had to wait to check in. I booked this hotel for the hot tub. The pool was cloudy and the hot tub was absolutely disgusting. Bed was comfy and room was clean.

Needs major updates.
The staff was really the only good thing. They tried so hard, but the property has a lot of problems. They need some major maintenance and updating down. Was put into wrong type of room, and then at midnight they gave the room to someone else and as we are sleeping, people walk in with a key card. Rooms weren’t gross, but they can do better.

Sadly, avoid it. Not safe.
Good: the room was clean, breakfast was good, SOME of the staff was friendly. Evening staff was great. Bad: pool broken, hot tub broken, sauna broken. Gas was stolen out of my truck in the parking lot. My son’s car has a locking gas cap so they tried to pry his open. Homeless people wondering around the parking lot and I reported it but front desk said they’re harmless. After paying $2000 for the stay, the older woman working the front desk, accused me of stealing dirty towels at checkout.
