Floors soaked from pool area all the way into eleators and not cleaned up. Simply put up caution signs. Very dangerous highfall risk for customers.

The room smelled musty when I walked in and the sheets felt damp. When I turned the heater on it immediately smelled like it was burning. Ended up not having much control over the temperature because of this. Cigarette smoke in the elevators as well.

We liked the room and the breakfast. There were some small snacks in the lobby, which came in handy for my diabetic husband. Staff were helpful. The 'view of lawn and woods was an extra perk. The location was very convenient for access to restaurants, Ft. Gibson, and our friend's house. No hot tub, and the room key did not work for the pool.

Great stay only had a couple hiccups, they didnt take my cashapp card so I had to use cash but no biggie. The only complaint my husband had was our bed was really hard so he slept in a chair. I can sleep on anything so i didnt mind. Everything else was wonderful. The pool was great, breakfast was hot and delicious and it was beautiful quite place.

This was definitely not the cleanest hotel I’ve ever seen. The a/c was not very cool in my room. I was traveling with a group and a couple others had the same complaints. Rooms were very damp and humid, and there was visible mold on the walls in the hallway. I killed a large brown recluse in the bathtub of my room. My key card would not open the side entrance as it should, so one of the housekeepers showed me the door to the stairwell that remains unlocked at all times, so anybody could come in without a key.

Was given a room that we did not book. Was offered a second room to rent. We ended up having to have one of the kids to skew on the floor. Most they did was give us an extra blanket for a pallet.

This was the chosen hotel for a conference. 1st thing, Expedia had not forwarded our RESERVATION to the hotel so there was no hotel room being held for us. 2nd thing, housekeeping skipped our room for 2 days despite having the "please clean room" sign on our door. On the 2nd day, I went down to the Desk & every housekeeper had left so their Supervisor came & cleaned our room. We had to have Maintenance come & screw in our shower rod that was barely hanging on & the towel bar by the sink when I lifted the hand towel off to dry my hands fell into pieces on the floor. Others with our Conference had trouble also. We won't be having a Conference here any more.

Didn’t have a chance to check in. Arrived at 7:30 pm and was informed that housekeeping didn’t clean the rooms so there is no rooms available. One of the guests got supplies and went to clean her own room! Fortunately Expedia was able to relocate me to Home 2 suites which I really enjoyed!

Check in was fast and easy. Room was clean and our request to be on the top floor was fulfilled. The girl at the front desk was super friendly. Just the stay we needed to continue our trip to SE Oklahoma. Easy to get on and off the highway and also a lot of dining places around.

Just ok
Check in was fine but one of the queen size beds in our room was broken and fell over any time weight was put on it. We were going to try to get by with the broken bed but discovered the toilet didn’t flush. We requested a new room and were given one down the hall. It was comfortable but just didn’t seem clean. The towels were super dingy and stained and we only got two bath towels for 4 people. Breakfast was meh. The hotel was ok but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The place was quiet, clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. But the pool was why we rented this place, and it wasn’t working.

Subpar experience
Front desk staff was lovely & helpful but cleanliness & comfort was subpar. Old food from previous guests was still in the fridge when we arrived. Not a huge deal, we put it in the trash. But starting the second night we asked for our trash to be taken out (the old food plus we had a kiddo in pull ups) & for towels to be replaced & that never happened. We asked the cleaning staff who were working on a room a couple doors down. Came back that night & nothing done. We asked the front staff & they assured us it would be taken care of. Nothing. We even saw that our room was penciled into the cleaning schedule left on the housekeeping cart for a full service clean of our room. Came back that night & still nothing. We went down to the front & asked again & the guy at the front desk came up & collected the trash & towels himself at that point. I’m all for not doing daily cleans but the fact that housekeeping didn’t come once during our 5 night stay despite multiple requests where we didn’t even want/need full service (literally just trash & towels) was a bit much. Though it doesn’t seem like they do a great job even when they do “clean” since in addition to the un-emptied fridge there was dust everywhere, splatters on the wall, & when we took out the trash there was garbage juice in the bottom of the trash can. Pillows were also horrible, the filling separated into clumps & the bed was very springy. Unfortunate experience with the exception of the gentleman working the front desk
