Our Grand Haven Condo with breathtaking Lake Michigan views is waiting for you! We invite you to experience relaxation and tranquility in our upscale beachfront retreat. This condo has all the amenities of home; two bedrooms, one bath and an open living area. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed with a sitting area. Bedroom #2 has a twin-over-full bunk bed. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The main sitting area has a flat screen TV, eating area and fully stocked open kitchen. The condo has a front deck/balcony with plenty of space for enjoying the breathtaking Lake Michigan and lighthouse views.

5 day stay minimum is typical, inquire about exception. 10% discount for 7 day stay. 30% discount for 28 day stay or longer. Inquire about longer stays (longer than 1 month).

The condo was spotless and cozy with a gorgeous view! Sherri, the property manager, quickly replied to all our requests and questions. Unfortunately, due to a family emergency we had to leave after one night. We hope to stay there again one day.

Can’t beat the lake view and access

Everything was very good, lots of towels, paper products, and kitchen items. The heating/air conditioner fan runs most of the time unless you turn it off and open the windows which works best.

Bathroom too small. No full length mirror. Lots of stairs only railing on one side. Would not stay at this location again as climbing up and down stairs was difficult for my husband. Private parking behind building was perfect

Great Lake Michigan Getaway

Everything as described. Nice place, great balcony with awning to keep out the hot afternoon sun. Easy walk across the street to the beach at the state park, and a leisurely 1-mile stroll to downtown.

Perfect!

We visit this area regularly and this property is our new favorite! Plenty of room for our family of 4, perfect location, and exceptionally clean. The property manager was always available to answer questions and checkin/out was a breeze. So comfortable and convenient.

Awesome condo

My family and I stayed for 4 nights it was amazing. The location is awesome right across the street from Grand Haven beach. Sheri was a very nice person and easy to get a hold of. The owner was very nice and accommodating. The condo was a great size and very clean. Thank you so much.

Perfect beach getaway

Right across the street from a beach- you can’t beat listening to the waves everyday and seeing all the colorful kites in the sky. This quaint condo is perfect for small families seeking a perfect beach getaway.

Great view of lake; not great rental for toddlers...

Overall, everything was great. Sherri was good to communicate with. Waking up to the lake every day was amazing. Close distance to shops & restaurants. Rental was updated & clean. Lots of little extra amenities. However, we have little ones & I would caution any one with babies or toddlers: the gentleman / year round resident in unit #2 below the unit we rented was rude to us our entire visit bc our kids were running around upstairs. After he brought it to our attention, we apologized & assured him we would do everything we could to keep the noise to a minimum & have them walk, not run. And we did just that, but it was never good enough. He continually went out of his way to make us uncomfortable. Then on top of that, one morning when we were getting ready to go to the beach, my husband got our foldable wagon out of the van and placed it on the front porch, then came upstairs to help me carry our 8 month old baby & our toddler down the steps to put them in the wagon. While he was upstairs helping me get them, the lady who lives in unit #1 came out & yelled up at our balcony to get our wagon off her porch. My husband said, no problem I'm coming right now to get it. She then proceded to very loudly say, "ughhh what a nightmare", which was pretty dramatic. The only reason I'm not removing stars from this review is it's not the fault of the owner of the condo, however, they should forewarn people that there are people below who are pretty intolerant of any noise & little kids.

Perfect Property

This is the second time my husband, 3.5 year old, and I have stayed at this property and we absolutely love it. We have stayed at many other properties in Grand Haven but this unit exceeds all others. Aside from the fabulous location, which is right across the street from the beach, the second floor desk makes for a beautiful view both day and night. What I appreciate, which I have not experienced at any other home we have rented, are the "extras" (many towels including beach, plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods, beverages in the fridge, sand toys, soap, extra sunscreen, and more). I have been able to pack lighter when staying at this unit. Additionally, the property manager did a great job of communicating with us during both of our stays. We love the unit and the easy access to town and the beach. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again, nor should you.

Perfect location!

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed in this condo. It’s location is perfect, directly across from Grand Haven state park and wonderful view of the lake. Easy walking distance to the beach, short walk to the boardwalk with restaurants and shopping. We would stay here again in a hearbeat!
