«We really appreciated the staff getting us into a slightly larger room. Thank you!!! They could have done better with some of the maintenance detail: empty the trash in the room when you service it, leave toilet paper, maybe a few extra towels. The valet service took longer than expected. Overall it was a good hotel, but seemed like it was set up for business travelers more than families.»

«We recently stayed at this hotel and had a bit of a mixed experience. The lobby made a great first impression…it was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Unfortunately, the room itself didn't quite match that standard. It felt outdated, and the bedding in particular had an older cover that could definitely use refreshing. «The hotel room itself was a terrible setup. The bathroom was directly next to the bed. Anytime you needed to use it at night you had to turn on a light and fan and wake your spouse. The TV was also difficult to use and the remote was very confusing. In addition, when we returned to the hotel at 9:00 pm, there were no parking spots available. I asked the night clerk for help and he directed me to an area that I was not comfortable with and he was very rude. Overnight, my rental car was hit by ...

«We came 2pm and had to wait for the room or pay for «early» check in. Not possible to buy any food and coffe shop closed 2pm. No service by the pool, shower not working. No customer focus. How difficult can it be:-( advise parking 2 blocks down, 1/3 of the price..»

«It was a good location for me because I had to go to Tampa a lot. The hotel may be outdated but they certainly make up for it with hardworking staff (front desk, cleaning and breakfast servers). Tv worked great, so did AC. Ice machine was available on my floor as well as on lobby area. Free parking. I thought their breakfast was very good. One morning their waffle maker was leaking but they came fix it right away. I’d definitely stay here again. »
