«We stayed in the Queen Anne room. The cooling is with a portable air conditioner which worked fine to keep the room cool, when it was in the mid 80s outside. I would recommend they install a "split" which might be able to exhaust through attic space if there is not an exterior wall. Also, we experienced waking when a minor air draft would rattle the room's door. We put one of the heavy pillows against the door to keep it from rattling. The location is excellent. «I didn't realize there wasn't a coffee maker or microwave in the room. I'd definitely prefer some way in-room for heating water for tea or coffee. Otherwise, we loved the modern, compact space for the two of us and thought the hotel was beautiful. It's also very convenient to all the downtown establishments, most withing walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I'm sure we'll book a room here again sometime.»

«It was alright. There was nothing wrong with my stay or the property. It did look a bit old, but I slept well. The area does look a bit dicey, but I wasn't harmed in any way. To wrap this up, my stay was good. My only complaint was the old feel of the property and the area not being the nicest.»

«Great location. Large lobby with comfortable seating, library-like feel. Breakfast buffet for $15.99 included scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, and cereal. Fresh coffee in lobby. Our room with 2 queen beds was spacious. Beds were plush. Bathroom was not cramped. Although we didn’t have time to use the facilities this trip, the pool and workout room looked great! Would definitely stay here again!»

«The room was large and comfortable with very high ceilings making it seem even bigger. The room was clean and everything worked well. The AC blowing on me was the only negative. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was ample parking as 80 % of the hotel was airline pilots and staff and they had no cars. The location was convenient as well. Great spot to stay in Bentonville.»
