«We had a great time at Grand Mercure. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the service overall was good. The atmosphere made our stay enjoyable and relaxing. However, there were a few maintenance issues that need attention. The cushions on the balcony chairs and the canopy were very dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned for quite some time. «Staff were very attentive and helpful. Had an issue with the shower not draining and it was attended to and resolved and cleaned within 10mins. I arrived late at night after flight delays. The staff insisted on making me toast and jam so I wouldn't have to go hungry..... Booked a taxi through them which arrived early. Very pleasant stay. Would recommend. Great location and very quiet away from the busy town.»

«We got an room upgrade, but i didnt like it because the pool view is not that great from my room and the bathroom shower door was missing. Eventhough the staff knew about it they upgraded us to that room and next day we request them to change to our original room and it was way better than the upgraded one. The breakfast menu has lot of options. Staffs are very friendly amd addressing the issue right away. Overall it was 7/10. Thanks.»
