«Got double charged. I’ve called and left multiple messages. Management doesn’t not give me a call back. They need better customer service.»

«Great location near good restaurants!!»

«Loved our stay! Truthfully hated that we had to pay for parking. We were not aware of this when we booked. Will definitely reconsider for next time only because of this.»

«There was no breakfast. The pool was a lovely shade of forest green from algae. There was hair in the he shower drain. Toe nails were on the bed. There isn’t an ocean view. There is a $100 deposit to stay and a $100 dollar deposit for pets plus the $25 pet fee. There was trash under the a/c unit. The a/c didn’t cool the room enough. I have photos.»

«Clean room and excellent customer service»

«Kakerlakker på gulv og krypende oppover veggene på rommet, vi fikk nytt rom uten kakerlakker, men også dette var ikke godt renholdt. Rommene var minst 40 grader varm ved ankomst, og tok hele natten på å bli levelig å sove i. Alt i alt IKKE et hotel som birde promoteres av dere»

«Not worth for what you pay. Never seen so bad breakfast buffet as long as i have stayed into the hotel from last 24 years travel to more then 100+ countries!»

«Only promblem for us were the stairs. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Missing basic toiletries such as facial tissue and shampoo. No phone in the room or coffee pot in the room. Maintenance was very helpful with accommodating us. Beach was awesome being right on the beach. Attractions were all close to hotel. We had a good visit.»

«Clean Room, Cold AC, Comfy Bed Good food in walking distance»

«Property has a lot of construction so elevators didn't work so we had to go up 3 flights of steps , no fire alarms in the building , patching wood everywhere, electrical cords across the roof in hallway , midnight rat screams»

«The place needs lots of remodeling. The carpet needs cleaning.»

«Impossible to change the duration of the stay. Never experienced before after traveling 50-100 days a year over the last few years»

«Staffing was awesome. Check reception already knew my name as I check in. Found that unique. Very clean place. Breakfast was normal. Misses liked the coffee! Good stay !»

«The front desk staff were AMAZING, each person I encountered was helpful and friendly. Brittany was very kind and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious! The main downfall was the shower.. I was so disappointed ☹️. Our first room 423 had mold in the shower, it wasn’t clean and had a huge crack in the corner that had shattered. The water pressure was null and void as well. Imagine coming from the beach and due to the lack of water pressure, sand constantly remains in your hair . The next day ...
