Amazing hotel in an amazing and secluded beach near Muscat. Amenities are excellent, staff brilliant, and the most amazing breakfast you can get. Only regret is that we only stayed there one night.

Nice quiet beach, Nice breakfast and food at Brezza was excellent. Very noisy resort (doors slamming), could not cast our phone to TV to watch something other than BBC news, numerous issues of miscommunication with laundry and turn down services (eg people turning up to pickup laundry when the request was to drop off our laundry - which happened several times)

This has been one of the most memorable hotel stays we have had in a long time! From the moment we entered until the moment we left we were pampered, taken care of and looked after! The room was perfect, attention to detail, the gestures left by staff and housekeeping team, the dinner we had, everything was seamless, perfect and just right! The views are to die for! The cleanliness, the breakfast was perfect! The special attention at check in! There is really nothing that was missing! Highly recommend and will surely come back again! Thank you all!

Great hotel to disconnect and be in pure luxury. I really liked the fact that they had a pillow menu(complimentary). You get to choose a pillow that fits you. One thing I didn't appreciate is the fact that we booked half board and I specifically checked the T&C to see if there are any add on as it was Dec 24th for dinner and only new year was mentioned, when we reached there they told we have to pay extra for the buffer because it is Christmas buffet. I told them and showed the T&C but I still had to payed Xtra. I felt like theyr didn't show integrity there with their own T&C.

super location, super zimmer, fairer price, sehr schöner Strand Am essen muss noch gearbeitet werden. Restaurants (ausser das Beach Front), sind noch nicht auf dem Top standard. Auch der Beach Service ist von schwach bis gut. Es fehlt noch der richtige Service Willen und die Qualität vom Beach Food muss noch massive verbessert werden. So auch die Drinks am Beach. Im Grossen und Ganzen sind wir aber extrem happy. Das Hotel ist auf dem guten Weg. Wichtiger Verbesserungsgrund: Mixt bei den Nuss Mischungen nicht die Nüsse mit und ohne Schalen. Es kann so zu starken Verletzungen kommen wenn jemand auf die Schalen beisst.

Spent 4 nights at this little slice of heaven on earth. What a superb product from Jumeirah. Warmth and calm are the main characteristics embodied by every aspect of the space, from the serene interiors to the the incredible staff that are the most hospitable I’ve ever encountered in any hotel, anywhere in the world. Cannot wait to return to this property which in my opinion, is THE must place to stay in Muscat.

Das Hotel liegt in einer zauberhaften Bucht mit tollem Sandstrand. Das Gebäude ist architektonisch nicht sonderlich schön, aber die Zimmer groß und gut eingerichtet. Die Restaurants sind gut bis sehr gut, das Personal dort super aufmerksam und mega freundlich. Allerdings gibt es auch Kritik punkte. Am Strand waren zu wenig Liegen vorhanden, da das Hotel jetzt in den Herbstferien voll war. Dann haben sehr viele Leute morgens die Liegen reserviert und sind erst mal wieder gegangen ( Frühstück usw.), und das Personal hat nichts dagegen unternommen, obwohl sogar auf einem Schild darauf hingewiesen wird. Sowas geht gar nicht in so einer Preisklasse von Hotel!

Fairly new hotel in Muscat Bay. Spotlessly clean and views from the beach are incredible. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was pretty much flawless, especially the attentiveness of the staff and duty managers. Not much else in the immediate vicinity (but other attractions not too far away by car/taxi). Luckily, hotel has many food/restaurant options to suit different tastes/budgets, all excellent. Overall, one of the best hotels we've stayed in and look forward to staying there again soon.

A week of luxury and relaxation.
We have been lucky enough to travel to many places and many 5-star hotels. This place is our favourite. The luxury here is understated - no gold taps or anything like that, just beautifully decorated spaces that show the beach/ sea view off wherever possible, however - it was the staff that made this place special for us. We were travelling with our 13yo son and the service for us was the best we’ve ever experienced. We would like to say that both Akashi and Simran in Peridot as well as Mia in Brezza were excellent and the hotel should be proud of the service they provide. Because of them we will definitely be returning.

Amazing, brilliant and we were totally spoilt by all the staff. There was never a no to anything. We had an amazing holiday - would definitely come back and stay again. Wir hatten zusammen mit unserer 17jährigen Tochter eine rundum gelungene Woche. Trotz hoher Auslastung über die Ostertage war das Personal überaus bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Sauberkeit und Komfort haben uns ebenfalls sehr überzeugt. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück und der schnelle Service sind besonders hervorzuheben. Die Preise in den Restaurants sind relativ hoch, Alternativen in direkter Hotelnähe gibt es allerdings nicht.

Fantastic stay
The resort is beautiful. The location is right on the beach and it’s a new property and maintained extremely well. The staff was friendly and helpful especially since we were traveling with our 1yr old. They have some great restaurant choices too and a very nice kids club. Would highly recommend

Pretty much perfect!
A wonderful 3 night stay at a beautiful hotel down the coast from Muscat. The staff were welcoming and extremely attentive throughout our stay. The property was modern, attractive and clean. We received a room upgrade and could not fault the comfort and facilities in the room or the property overall. The food was great, the wine list could perhaps have been a little more extensive. Overall a perfect introduction to our 7 nights in Oman.

Top modernes Hotel
Das Hotel liegt an einer wunderbaren, ruhig gelegenen Bucht und verfügt über einen privaten Strand sowie verschiedene Pools. Die Hotelanlage ist schön in die Landschaft eingebettet. In den verschiedenen Restaurants wird ausgezeichnetes Essen serviert, und es besteht eine große Auswahl (à la carte oder Buffet) also für jeden Geschmack findet sich etwas. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. die Zimmer sind nach den modernsten Standards eingerichtet, und es ist deutlich zu erkennen, dass es sich um ein neu erstelltes und sehe modernes Hotel handelt. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen und das Hotel ist seinen Preis wert.

Brilliant!
Brilliant stay. Up there with some of the most ultra-lux hotel names in the world. Enjoyed a week of luxury and the amazing hospitality on offer. The talise spa had a high level of treatments / massages available. Staff always went above and beyond to facilitate requests.

This hotel is still in a soft opening phase, you expect them going beyond to build a good reputation and meet their residents’ needs. However, this is not the case.1st it took them an hour to check-us in and they were informed with our request 4 times prior to our arrival to avoid any delays or confusion, and that happened. We arrived 10:35pm & went to our rooms after 12:30 am. Slow & unprofessional. 2nd they promised to move us to better rooms the next day, they didn’t call to update us as promised. 3rd, when we call to follow up they promise they’ll check and call me back, which they never did (I called them 3 times & checked with the front desk as he said I’ll call you’re room) they didn’t call us back at any of these times. This is very disrespectful from a well known hotel, being treated this way is unacceptable and not professional. Our stay was supposed to be for leisure & relaxing this was far from that. Again very DISAPPOINTING. We are unhappy with this service.
