This two-story penthouse includes a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, dishwasher, as well as a washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, private oceanfront balcony, and ceiling fans. Three TVs and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king, one queen, one twin-sized bed, and a twin-over-double bunk bed. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants, Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses.
