If you have any issues during your stay of any kind, the property manager must be contacted immediately. This is the only way we can and will address any concern and ensure that you have a great stay!

Disputes and chargebacks must first be addressed between guests and host. All fraudulent claims will be charged ALL fees ( office) and legal fees associated with the claim.

This is a smoke-free and vape-free unit. Smoking or vaping in the unit will result in a $100 additional cleaning fee.

We do not allow third party bookings or events.

We ask that you take precautions not to damage bedding in ANY manner. Any damage to the room, including but not limited to, bedding, towels, furniture, carpet, electronics, remotes, or other items, will be charged at the replacement cost. Any extra cleaning will be charged at a rate of $50 per hour or if needed, the charge for professional cleaning. With awareness of bio-hazards, there will be at least $100 fee to clean body fluids of any kind. No glitter, no candles, no self tanner, no hair dying. Bikes are NOT allowed in the rooms.
