**Parking**
Free on-site parking is provided for one (1) vehicle only. Please display the provided parking pass at all times. Per Resort Policy, No Motorcycles, Trailers, or RV`s allowed on the resort property.
**Wi-Fi**
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available. Login details will be provided at check-in.
**Safety**
The condo is equipped with smoke alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit for your safety.
**Starter Supplies**
We provide a starter kit of essentials (e.g., one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, trash bags). For longer stays, guests may need to purchase additional supplies.
**Linens & Towels**
Fresh linens and bath towels are provided for the number of guests on your reservation. Please bring your own beach towels.
**Beach Gear**
We do not provide beach chairs, towels, or umbrellas. These items can be rented seasonally from lifeguards on the beach or from local rental shops.
**Extended Stays**
This condo is available for extended stays. Discounts are offered for weekly or monthly bookings—please inquire for details.
**Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:
We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $45 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.
**Parking Limitations: No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property.
We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:
1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.
2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.
3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.
4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.
5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 6 and only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.
7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.
8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.
9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.
10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.
11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent the day of check-in.
