Newly Renovated & 5-Minute Walk to the Beach - Golf Cart Included

Welcome to our beautiful beach cottage renovated with you in mind. Enjoy the new open layout, well-appointed new kitchen, bathrooms & updated bedrooms to relax and make new memories with family & friends. Relax on the deck or enjoy the sunset on the swing. Plenty of parking too!
Our cottage has 3 bedrooms, with a maximum occupancy of eight (8).  The primary bedroom has a King bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The 2nd bedroom has a queen with a twin bunk, the bottom bunk is close to the floor for the little ones. The third bedroom has a queen and daybed (twin). There is also a twin daybed in the Living Room. Second bathroom has a stand-up shower.  Linens, kitchen & bath towels are provided as well as beach towels. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need as well as a coffee/wine station. The dining area seats 6 & the kitchen island seats 4.  Our beach cottage has 3 smart TV's (2nd & 3rd bedrooms) and a 55" in the living room. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer, including an iron & ironing board. Gas bbq as well as a few beach chairs are available for your use. 
With just a 5-minute walk to the beach, indoor pool, tennis courts, and playground and a 10-minute walk to the outside pools and hot tub, our cottage is close to all things fun!  - PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO RENOVATIONS THE INDOOR POOL WILL BE CLOSED UNTIL SEPTEMBER (2025). DATE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
 *Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. A $200.00 cleaning fee will be added to your rental.
** No pets, no smoking. must be at least 25 to rent and the traveler booking the cottage must be staying at the rental.
*** DISCLOSURE: For security purposes property is equipped with three (3) exterior video surveillance cameras - located in the front, side and back of the property.

Golf cart is free to use, though must be a licensed driver. You can also rent an additional Golf cart on-site if needed.

Oceanside Village is a 180-acre beachside gated community, with 24-hour security and is located on Business Highway 17 between Surfside and Garden City beaches.  Amenities including heated indoor pool, tennis courts, bocce ball, softball field, basketball court, horseshoe pits, volleyball, children’s playground, outdoor pools, children’s water park and hot tub. There are also Six small lakes, two have freshwater fishing. For a fee, the fitness center is available.
Beach has private front parking and is available for Oceanside Village only. So much to do located just across from the community’s entrance is Tupelo Bay, an executive 18-hole par 3 golf course. Along with Tupelo Bay is a driving range, miniature golf, and ice cream parlor.  Whether you go north towards Myrtle Beach or south towards Georgetown/Murells Inlet, enjoy live shows, nightclubs, amusement parks, arcades, water parks, and shopping. As well as state parks, fine dining, championship golfing and historical sites. Or just stay close by and enjoy the quaint beach towns of Surfside and Garden City - Myrtle Beach airport is just a short 20 minutes away!
