So many things wrong. Mold in bathroom, hair on sheets, dirty moldy dishes in dishwasher. Have to climb 4-5 flights of stairs bc on 3rd floor. I get no elevator But try hauling suitcases and then golf clubs up 5 flights everyday. No AC for us (apparently she didn’t know it wasn’t working) smart thermostats notify when disconnected and no screen ventilation. Cleaning standards are poor even if it had been cleaned. Dusty and fingerprints. Host had cleaning lady bring new sheets when I sent pictures of dirt ones. So I slept on new sheets that were not washed- better than dirty ones. Host returned my cleaning fee after I sent pictures of moldy dishes in dishwasher she believed me that in fact maybe the unit was not cleaned or someone does a very minimal job. The door camera is also on the side threshold frame of front door face level. When you open or leave front door open for screen ventilation it creeps me out that if I can see the camera she probably sees in too. I was never so happy to leave a place. Second bedroom is also an add on. No closet so luggage spills over into kitchen living area. Bed has one of those waterproof covers in so when you move you can hear it. Reminded me of a senior with incontenice bedding. The stove is a countertop toaster oven and burner is a small 2 burner. I didn’t bother to cook. Can’t really seethe ocean but it is at the corner/ across the street so can walk. That is a positive I found. But we mainly golfed so we walked over once.
