Amenities: Private oceanview balcony, direct beach access, oceanfront pool, living room TV, free WiFi, central A/C and heat, keyless entry, towels and linens are provided but not swapped out during your stay.

Kitchen: Dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, glassware, and basic cooking essentials.

Property Features: Oceanfront pool (pool is outside and is open from April to October), coin-operated laundry, free parking (2 vehicles).

Accessibility: Second-floor, single-level condo. Elevator available; two flights of stairs required.

Guest Access: Private access with self check-in (instructions provided on arrival day). Shared amenities are HOA-managed and subject to availability.

House Rules: Check-in 4 PM, check-out 10 AM. No smoking or vaping. No pets. No parties or large gatherings. Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM. Primary guest must be 25+ (HOA approval may be required). Photo ID may be required. Monthly pest control. Coastal property – occasional pest sightings may occur. No history of bed bugs; claims require professional inspection at guest`s expense if unfounded. Exterior security camera monitors entry only. The person making the reservation must be present during the stay. Third-party bookings are not permitted.
Remove all Trash and place it in the dumpster outside. (DO NOT leave excessive trash in unit for housekeeper)
Wash and put away all Dishes, Pots/Pans, Glasses and Silverware in their proper location.
Return furniture to original placement.
Set A/C thermostat(s) to 70 degrees prior to leaving the premises.
All Doors and Windows must be closed and locked.
Turn off all Lights
No smoking/vaping in the condo - penalty $250 fine
No pets unless approved by Seafoam Property Management LLC - penalty $250 fine
