PRIVATE SPA This is an open-air spa, not an enclosed hot tub. Complimentary spa heat is provided year round however, because it is open-air, the desired water temperature may not always be achievable when outdoor temperatures—day and night—are below 60°F. Spa heat is most effective during mild or warmer weather conditions. POOL & SPA HEAT DISCLAIMER This home offers pool and spa heat as optional add-ons for an additional fee. While we do our best to ensure all amenities are working properly, pool and spa heat cannot be guaranteed.
