«Parking was easy, breathtaking views! Room was slightly dated and had some dirt in the room such as dirty fingner print marks on the walls & mold on the shower sealant... Staff were polite but also didnt seem to know what they were doing and could not find my booking for 10 minutes asking me multiple times to confirm i had booked there. «Hotel is in a good location, ample parking. It's a stately building fairly well maintained, though the elevator access on floor 1 is hindered by the carpeting that restricts the door from opening. Yes you have to manually open the door to access the 50 + year old elevator and make sure it doesnt swallow any body part when the door closes, very cool. «Room smelled pungently of mildew. When I told the staff they said they’d have to do a better job of cleaning. We left several days ago and everything in my suitcase, including all my clothes, still have that mildew smell. Quiet setting. Large rooms but had no way to air out except for a tiny window 18x8 that partially opened. Luckily it was cool weather. Pub was cute and food including breakfast was good.»
