Check in time: After 3pm : Check out time: 10 am.
Self Check-IN: This property is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instructions carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location.
The check-in instruction will be sent to you at Midday on the day of your arrival.
Wifi: Whilst we do anticipate WiFi will be available during your stay, it is not guaranteed. WiFi availability is dependent on the network provider.
Yarrawonga Escapes will not be held accountable for network errors.
Cleaning: For any cleaning issues, we ask that you report any concern within 24hrs of arrival to the office. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Loss OF Keys: Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charges will apply for loss of key/access devices. If you get locked out of the house, you will be charged $100 for attending the house and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).
Instructions FOR Parking Boat Trailers OR Cars Behind Gate AND USE OF Gravel Arking PAD Adjacent TO Driveway:
Parking for a boat or vehicle is provided behind gates in the backyard of the property and on a gravel parking pad adjacent to the driveway. Maximum width of the gates when opened is 2.8 metres which is suitable for smaller boats only. Guests must allow room to maneuver any trailer they wish to reverse through the gates.
It is the responsibility of the guest to use the kerb ramps provided, ensure they have adequate reversing skills to use these facilities without damaging the property and their trailer is an appropriate size to go through the gates.
If only parking a car on the gravel parking pad it is preferred if the gravel parking pad is accessed from the apron of the existing concrete driveway. This can avoid the need to use the portable kerb ramps.
Driving over the kerb without use of the portable kerb ramps is not permitted. The kerb ramps should be stored securely in the garage when no longer being used.
Upon request the following is available for the guest to ascertain if the property is suitable for their boat or vehicle to park in the rear of the property or on the gravel parking pad:
• A photograph of the gates when open showing distances
• A photograph of the kerb ramps in position
• A diagram of the property indicating how to provide maximum room for a car and trailer to reverse into the rear of the property or onto the gravel parking pad adjacent to the concrete driveway.
