Take a break from the fast life at this traditional hacienda rock home along the Bay of Concepcion. The solar powered house features 3 primary bedrooms w/ en-suite bathrooms along w/ separate, private terraces and seating areas perfect for taking in the unobstructed ocean views. Descend the private staircase to the ocean’s edge: enjoy snorkeling, kayaking, or a dip in the natural tidal hot springs. Spacious, well-appointed, and housekeeping services during your stay.

This is a large, three bedroom three-and-a-half bathroom villa located in the Mulege area of the Baja Coast. Unique with it's rock architecture, the house is large and sweeping views of the coastline are available from nearly every corner of the home. Each of the three bedrooms comes complete with a private suite and balcony seating area to take in the incredible views. On the first floor you'll find two king-sized beds with en suite bathrooms. On the bottom floor of the house, there is a spacious secondary suite with a queen-sized bed and en suite bathroom.

The house is set in a secluded neighborhood, through a private, gated courtyard. In the main living space of the house you'll find a large kitchen with updated appliances and all of the supplies you might need to cook a meal for you and your party.

Large, comfortable couches and multiple seating areas are found throughout the main living space. For entertainment, there is a TV with a DVD player, and large closet filled with tons of boardgames and toys to enjoy as a family during your stay.

French doors lead out of the main area onto the outdoor patio. Grill up some of the seafood you caught earlier in the day and serve a round of drinks from the convenience of the outdoor kitchen and grilling area.

Make the most out of your experience here by bringing out the giant Jenga set or playing a game of ladder-ball. We also provide two kayaks for guest use.

Parking is only available in the driveway. The garage is off limits to guests. The neighborhood is extremely safe and patrolled by a security guard for added security on an hourly basis.

Guest access
During your stay you will have complete access to the entire place. If you would like housekeeping services during your stay, just let the host know and she will arrange it.
Other things to note
-Trailers are not recommended as it is a single lane driveway with minimal turn around space
-This is a heavily stair-cased property. It is not handicap accessible.
-Air conditioning and heaters are in the bedrooms only
-House is on solar, must be aware of power usage.
-There is no cell phone service. The closest cell phone service is a 10 minute drive north in the town of Mulege.
-We do have Wi-Fi to accommodate work purposes, text messages and Wi-Fi calling. Data is limited so streaming music or movies, zoom and other data heavy digital activities is prohibited
- A mobile bluetooth speaker is provided, however music will need to be downloaded in advance
