«We recently stayed at the hotel for an additional four days, and while many of the staff members were genuinely kind and helpful, our overall experience was affected by several avoidable issues.
One of the biggest challenges was the lack of coordination among the hotel staff, which led to repeated misunderstandings. We also had a principle-based issue with the laundry team that was never resolved to our satisfaction.
A major inconvenience throughout our stay was that the room telephone system ...

«I would strongly advise against staying here. The condition of the room was unacceptable and did not match the photos online at all. The pillow had a visible blood stain, and the single towel provided was ripped down the middle. The overall cleanliness was extremely poor, to the point where I did not feel comfortable staying. I checked out after only a few hours. The listing photos are very misleading, and this was a deeply disappointing experience.»
