«Alles war wunderbar. Die Unterkunft ist direkt neben dem Tempel. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab auch einen Raucherraum. Gegenüber ist zwar eine Feuerwehrstation, davon hat man aber nichts mitbekommen. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. 100% Weiterempfehlung!»

«Great stay at Cross Suites in Asakusa. This is a fairly new property, so many taxi drivers aren't familiar with it yet. It had everything our family needed and in a great location»

«Personalet var svært imøtekommende, og hjelpsom. God størrelse på rommet, og god beligenhet.»

«Very helpfull staff, detailed cleaning every 2nd day. Great location, close to restaurants, 7/11, Temple, just next to Asakusa metro station. Great running possibilities along Sumida River. Only 18 min walk to Skytree tower. Front desk personal is not at the hotel after 22. Very comfortable beds. Ok size room for 4 people.»

«Great location. Amazing onsen. Tasty, diverse japanese breakfast buffet. Loved the hygiene standard with shoe-boxes in the entrance. Superb! Perfect for families as so close to the amusement park.»

«Great! Exactly what I expected.»

«Perfectly located in Asakusa, only a small walk to Sensō-ji and lots of cafes and places to eat. The staff were ever so helpful and spoke very good english. I was traveling with family and would definitely visit again. »

«Recommend this hotel, only one minute from Asakusa station and with lots of restaurants nearby. The only negative is the breakfast which was lacking. Better to get the breakfast at one of the nearby restaurants.»

«Nice views, good breakfast and friendly starts. But if what the rooms are kind of small.»

«We stayed here for a month, and it was a great experience. Very large, clean, and modern rooms, and we even got one with a Skytree view! It is not a normal hotel, but more like a luxurious apartment with hotel services. I feel this hotel offers more services than most hotels I have stayed at. Even though the hotel itself is great, it is really the staff that is greatest here. They are super competent and helpful, always willing to help you if you have a problem or just a question. «This is not a hotel, it is a ryokan. The breakfast is therefore mostly traditional japanese cuisine. Staff is very helpful, polite and professional. Unique and cool experience to stay at. A bit expensive.»

«This hotel is very average for a couple of reasons. First off the rooms are VERY VERY small. We could hardly move around in the room or unpack the luggage. The service was also very average. If we lost the key card they would charge 5000 yen extra (luckily we didn't loose it). I asked if they could throw a worn out backpack for us, and they wanted 2000 yen for that (Unreal!) etc etc. What we liked the best was rhe location (very close to a great sento, 7/11, Life supermarket and Skytree ...

«Veldig bra Shoppingcenter i nærheten, og ikke minst andre butikker. »
