«I loved the staff. Everyone was polit and very professional. The hotel was beautiful. What I didn't like was that the room had torn curtains at the window, and also around the canopy. The drapes that were around the canopy bed had blood on it as well. They upgraded me to a even bigger room, I thought it was beautiful as well the only issue was the cracked glass in the shower. Overall nice place and a great experience. I suggest for you to check the entire room.»

«Absolutely NOT luxury or upscale. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and just thought other reviewers were being unduly harsh because it’s in Baltimore City or because they were snobs. «Staff was exceptional - extremely helpful, pleasant and responsive. The design of the room and restaurant were exceptional. Shower water pressure was pretty awful but it didn't affect our weekend. I'd recommend The Ulysses to friends.»

«Clean & comfortable. There was only a keurig, no drip coffee maker as listed. The bathrooms were located off both bedrooms, so not the most convenient. Finding the garbage chutes on floors 1-18 were nearly impossible! «This hotel is clean, easy to get to and the front desk staff was great. Very nice ambiance. I didn’t like the barn doors on the bathroom that do not provide privacy. Vent didn’t work great. Housekeeping left hand towels and big towels but no new washcloths/face towels. The valet team was horrible, a lot of people working but only the older gentleman actually worked hard.
