I also wish there were hooks in the bathroom to hang towels on. Be sure to bring your own soap because even the shampoo was a bar of soap and as a woman with long hair, it was virtually impossible to use. There was also a very large kitchen, but no pots or pans or even a toaster to actually use any of it. The pool and hot tub were very ...

«Beds need updating, everyone in my group agreed the beds were not comfortable-sagging and stiff. Caused quite a few sore backs and hips for just one nights stay.
Also, the staff needs more help. The people there work hard and did the best they could.
It was great to have the restaurant onsite and overall nice set up.»

«Utrolig lekkert hotell med veldig kule supermoderne store rom med bra beliggenhet midt i sentrum, stor gratis parkering rett uten for døren. Hjelpsomt personale, bra loungebar og god restaurant på toppen med fin utsikt. Frokost er ganske kjedelig. Anbefales for de som ønsker å bo superkult....»

«Location was excellent for day trips to explore Holland and Saugatuck/Douglas. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good, ample choices. Especially memorable was the courtesy, friendliness and helpful attitude of the staff. A special mention of Sharon, who was friendly and efficient in resolving, fully to our satisfaction, a minor room maintenance concern. Would definitely stay again if in the area.»
