A cocoon in the heart of the village

Accommodation newly online on Vrbo but present on a competing platform for 6 years (and with more than 130 very good reviews from travelers).

Accommodation comprising 2 bedrooms of good size with quality equipment, the house is perfect to accommodate up to 4 people (2 couples or 1 couple and 2 children) summer and winter with its wood insert, ideal for comfortable and warm evenings and why not eat pancakes in front of the fireplace (equipment provided).
The kitchen is very well equipped with ceramic hob, oven (electric and microwave), refrigerator.
The house also has a barbecue and an outdoor garden table (no private garden but the house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac and the neighbors are very warm!).
Very comfortable bedding (sheets provided):
- 1 bed 160x190
- 1 bed 140x190 (mattress + on mattress),
Possibility to provide (on request) a travel cot for a baby (mattress provided but not sheets).
Respect for the environment being one of my priorities, the house does not have air conditioning but highly efficient Dyson fans in each of the bedrooms. Please note this point (summers are hot in Provence).
Water heater tank with a capacity of 100 liters. Brand new shower!
Comfortable living room with 2 sofas, a table (4 chairs), an 80 cm smart TV and a fireplace to spend pleasant winter evenings by the fire (a few logs provided for a fire). Games available (tarot, etc).
Please note that the house has 1 floor with stairs (so not recommended for very young children or people who have difficulty going up or down stairs).
Dogs and kitties welcome (1 pet per stay)
Since the accommodations are my main residence during the non-rented period, the house is comfortable and offers many facilities such as pancake service, toaster, etc. You will be at home with me!
For your comfort, the house is non-smoking and I would ask you to please respect this rule.
The thorough cleaning will always be done in full before your arrival.
