«This is our 2nd visit in six months. Very clean, comfortable accommodations. Linsey is a great host. We did spectacular catching trout on the White River thanks to our long term guide David Talor from Sore Lip'm out of Heber Springs. We stay three nights and will continue to do this two to three times a year for years down the road. Also the cottage is within 2 miles of great food, the 178 club and Bush's Pizza. Can't wait to go back.»

«Can't beat the location and the view! Idk if it was the time of year or if it's normal but the nice & quiet we enjoyed was a rare find. You can find your solace here. The view is worth the almost 9 hr drive. However, you need to arrive during the day bc at night the propery blends in. The tree house is compact, well thought out, & decorated nicely. It would have been really nice to use the outdoor area but it was a bit nippy.»

«The cabin is an ideal retreat for two with a stunning view of the river. We enjoyed sitting on the deck drinking coffee with breakfast in the morning, snacking a quick bite outdoors for lunch, and grilling steaks on the deck with a Bud for him and a glass of wine for me at dinner. Fishermen in their boats drifting by, water birds and eagles soared above the river, and song birds twittered in the trees. Indoors was comfortable and cozy. One night we watched a storm roll in from over the mountains ...

«Great place for a guys fishing trip. The house is well furnished. The screened in deck is wonderful for morning coffee and dinners. The view overlooking the river is beautiful. Unfortunately, the neighbor’s display of various flags and signs was the reason for 3 stars for “neighborhood”. As another reviewer wrote, I would not recommend this house for non-white or Jewish guests. Our stay went well and the owner was good to work with.»
