The pros: The house is clean and located on a quiet street despite being just off the main drag. Comfortable pillows. Firm bed. Large kitchen facility. We were allowed to check in early, which was nice. Parking is ample.
The cons: More of a hostel setting. There are 3 shared bathrooms for 8 bedrooms. It's unattended for the most part. You have to check in from a different location, which is a motel a block away. The breakfast consisted of a Costco muffin, a fruit, and a Costco bottled water, which you took with you from the check in location. Because it is an older house, you can hear through the walls into the adjacent bedroom, as well as people walking in the hallways. The WiFi is very weak, at least in room 6.
Overall this is suited for people who don't mind a hostel environment where you all share bathrooms and lounge/kitchen area if you're planning to make your own meals. The rooms are clean and the house does have nice updates, especially the bathrooms. It was a bit pricey for not having your own bathroom and very very limited continental breakfast. The location is good if you want to check out the little boutique shops and eats.
