«The owners were lovely people and very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble- we were drenched after a wet day and they kindly dried our clothes. The hot tub was a lovely bonus on a cold wet day. Our room and all areas were clean and tidy. Would highly recommend »

«We were just passing through but wished we stayed longer. Rooms were fantastic, had a Queen suite with an en-suite and it was stunning - cannot recommend a stay here enough. I can imagine in ski season this is the perfect spot to begin and end your day, especially with a lovely pub, restaurant and warmed pool!»

«Great helpful staff, nice and cozy unit. Plenty of blankets and heaters, kitchen had loads of cooking tools and dishes. Right on the lake! Restaurants nearby in Taupō were plentiful and grocery nearby made it convenient to shop for cooking in, too. Would totally come back!»

«It was pouring with rain when we arrived, so we really appreciated having the carport and entry cover, so we didn’t get soaked hauling our luggage in. Great for a 1nt stay on our way from Wellington to the Coromandel. Because of the weather the Coromandel didn’t happen, but that’s a whole other story! »

Between the impeccably clean newly constructed cabin suites, the continental breakfast with delicious house fresh baked bread to warm at your convenience, in your fully stocked kitchen. To the real fresh ground beans to brew in your cabins French press! Everything you need, is provided, to head out early at your own pace. Alas, we were rained out, as a big storm swept through the area, and we had to satisfy ourselves ...
