The Space: Welcome to The High House, a bright and welcoming ranch style retreat designed for relaxed coastal living in Mount Pleasant. With 1,700 square feet, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, this spacious home comfortably hosts families or groups of up to eight guests. On site parking makes arrivals easy, and the cheerful red front door sets the tone for a warm, inviting stay.

Inside, the open living and dining area is perfect for gathering after a day of exploring, with a large dining table for eight and a cozy living space with an HD flat screen TV. The fully stocked kitchen connects seamlessly to the main area and has everything you need to prepare meals at home. Just beyond the barn doors, a second living room offers extra space to spread out, relax, or enjoy some quiet time.

All bedrooms and bathrooms are conveniently located on the main floor. Two bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds and share a spacious full bathroom in the hallway. The primary suite offers a king bed and a private bathroom with a large soaking tub.

Step outside to your own backyard oasis, complete with a private dock overlooking the lagoon, perfect for stargazing, enjoying the view, or hosting a casual barbecue. Parking is available for up to three vehicles in the driveway, with additional space for one car on the gravel in front of the home. A queen air mattress is also available with advance notice, making The High House a comfortable and flexible place to make lasting Lowcountry memories!

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
