Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator. No commercial photography and filming allowed.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful townhouse. The area was very convenient
Perfect for my nieces venue nearby. The townhouse was clean and well kept and communication was very good as well with the hosts. We really enjoyed our stay!
The property was perfect for our family Thanksgiving. We stayed for a week. Whole foods, Trader Joes and Publix were just minutes a way. The kitchen was great to cook in. Beach walks close by. The four floors were perfect for spreading out!
Loved everything about this property! Super spacious and many bed. Honestly the pictures don’t do it justice space wise! So much more room than anticipated. Will go back if we ever travel back to Charleston.
We loved this property! It is beautiful, well-appointed and clean. Bonus was thermostats in every room, and the spacious primary bedroom and en suite bathroom. We’d absolutely stay again! Just a couple small details would make it even better: skillets need to be replaced and the rooftop furniture as well. We still loved being here and the excellent location; a little refresh on these things is needed at this point. But certain not a dealbreaker!
My husband and I had a great time. The home was wonderful. It fit our needs well as we were having a delayed Christmas with our family. The only suggestions I would make is the home needs some oven mitts for personnel who enjoy cooking. Also would suggest that instructions for using the stovetop be posted behind the stone or close by. Most people do not understand what an induction stovetop entails. Otherwise everything was perfect. Thank you for all your hospitality..

Like to location. Easy checkin - received the door code by text Beware - the house number is totally obscured by shrubbery and not visible. Luckily the neighbor number are clear and your can track down the house in the middle. Surfaces are clean but desperately need a deep cleaning. Baseboards are nasty and freezer and lower cabinets had food debris. Again surfaces looked good - but the my the surfaces were clean Kitchen was reasonably stocked. Except there was only ONE spoon - plenty forks and knives but ONE spoon. ???? Coffee pot didn’t work. We did find a total of three. Once we climbed and got one of the top pantry shelf we found one that worked. Lower bedroom light was out. We contacted the mangers and asked to have the bulb replaced. A light bulb was dropped off - 48 hours later. Dropped off - not replaced. Not really helpful with 10 foot ceilings. With just a little effort this could be a nice place. A deep clean , replace the shabby furniture, and get a working coffee pot We were disappointed
Hudson who managed the property was amazing. Super communicative and very helpful for our stay. The house was perfect for a working vacation. Exceptionally comfortable. The small community is very quiet and perfect if you have a dog. Proximity to Charleston and restaurants in Mt Pleasant was great. Would return for sure.
