1. The hotel tacked on a $12.00 per day mandatory parking fee despite the fact that it is a suburban motel with outdoor parking. It's just a surprise gotcha.
2. The electronic door locks do not work properly. I had to fight with it every time I came in. The clerk at the front desk told me that the locks don't work well when it's hot or when it's cold. We were there for 2 days of cold weather. I was never sure if I was going to be able to successfully get back into our room.
3. The sink/bathroom area has no door and is located adjacent to the beds in the sleeping area. That meant having to use the sink in the dark or brushing teeth in the closed toilet room. A simple sliding door is normal but missing.
4. Lower priority, a couple of dishes in the kitchenette were sticky when we arrived.
