I don't know how this place has such high ratings on Expedia. I checked into room 307 on 4/3/26. Everything seemed very nice when I first arrived, but none of that matters when you cannot sleep. 1) Our room had ZERO air conditioning on this particularly warm night. I had already put my kids to bed when I set the thermostat to 64 degrees. However, the room remained at 77 degrees all night. The opened vents blew out warm air all night long. We hardly slept at all. We were zombies the next day. 2) Breakfast was lacking. Just ONE semi-functional waffle maker for the entire hotel, which created very long lines, long wait times and cranky/impatient guests. Cranberry sauce labeled as "raspberry jelly". 3) Terrible checkout. I arrived at the desk at 11:48am. Check out is 12:00pm. No one was at the front desk. No bell for help. I waited for nearly 30 minutes while my husband and kids looked for staff. I also called the main line for Homewood Suites, and they were unable to reach anyone at this location. Nearly half an hour later, several staff members come out of a meeting room from around the corner. A manager told me that someone was supposed to be at the desk. I told her that NO ONE had been there for half an hour. Then she started with the gaslighting, telling me that she had been poking her head out of the meeting room but she didn't see me. Front desk security footage will prove that is a bold face lie. I never left the front desk.
