The Space:

Welcome to "The Lily" Suite, a luxurious space for comfort and relaxation. The luxurious studio is fully equipped with a large kitchenette with waterfall quartz countertops, lux backsplash, full fridge and convection microwave. The renovated suite is also appointed with a comfortable king bed and coffee bar with dual brew options. The bathroom is complete with large walk-in shower and luxurious new tile flooring.



Self check-in is easy and convenient with our touchscreen smart lock, so you can simply relax and unwind in your home away from home.



If you want to "escape" the hustle... get away from it all... this is the gift you've been waiting for :)



Guest Access:

You'll have exclusive access and private entrance to the Lily suite. You may see friendly faces now and then as other guests may be staying at other listings on the property.



The Neighborhood:

We are located on the very heart of downtown Mount Dora, only minutes from delicious boutique restaurants, fine dining, and charming local shops. This is a truly unique place. 38 minutes from downtown Orlando.



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft are available on-demand, and of course the area is quite walkable as well with many shoppes and tasty tidbits nearby :)

"Can you give me a discount?"



I'm happy to offer a 10% discount for weekly stays and 20% discount for monthly stays.



"Do you have reliable Internet & WiFi?"



Yes, we have lightning-fast fiber optic internet and WiFi, in fact, we're known for some of the fastest internet in the U.S., which we're very proud of :)



"What's the monthly rate? Can I lease month to month?"



If there's a full month available with no existing bookings, you're welcome to select the dates and the app will show you the pricing breakdown for your date range. We've had many guests book 30+ nights and we do offer a large 20% discount for monthly bookings. Also, for your safety and convenience, we only book through this app (no traditional leases or "under the table" agreements). If the dates are available, you're welcome to book multiple months and the app will charge you once a month (the same rhythm as a traditional lease).



"What kind of coffee maker do you have?"



We have a drip coffee machine, it can brew a steaming hot cup with single-serving or an entire pot of fresh coffee, per your preference. I’m also happy to provide coffee and filters, on the house :) If you have a specific brand of coffee that you enjoy, you're welcome to bring that, too.



"Is this suite and bathroom in a house?"



This is a full suite with bathroom located in the same room. It has private access with a dedicated front door, you don’t have to walk through a house to get to it.
