Get close to nature when you stay in our modern unit with large windows located on the edge of Réseau Natura 2000. Tucked away in a peaceful and quiet complex, this BRAND NEW, eco-friendly building will provide you with the opportunity to relax while experiencing a unique nature-friendly holiday!

Ideally located between Geneva, Annecy and Aix-les-Bains, our unique and modern space is situated in a building designed with an innovative and eco-responsible approach. On the edge of the Natura 2000 area, you'll enjoy all that this protected nature reserve has to offer! Step out your door and explore this beautiful region on the biking walking trails before diving into the lake with supervised swimming in the summer. This is also a wonderful place for bird watching along the ornithological trails or playing tennis on the 2 courts on-site. Our charming 11 to 17m2 space comfortably sleeps 2!
Our lovely LIVING SPACE features a Double bed. Turn on the TV and watch your favourite French shows or movies or reconnect with loved ones using the Wi-Fi. This unit may come equipped with a Balcony or Terrace - please let one of our friendly staff members know if this is what you would prefer. Grill up a storm outside by renting a BBQ on-site for €5!
Prepare for the day in the 1 BATHROOM with shower. Towels are provided!
Our property is conveniently located at Village Vacances Le Village des Oiseaux. If you are bringing a car to explore this beautiful area, there is 1 FREE parking space available on-site per unit. Additional parking can be purchased for €5/day. Please let us know if you'd like to bring a pet with you and we may be able to accommodate them for €10/day or €46/week. Category 1 and 2 dogs are not permitted and pets are not permitted during school holidays.

For lunch or dinner, the Le Bouchon du P'tit Pont restaurant is a 6 minute drive away! For an afternoon of wine tasting, we suggest visiting the vineyards in Chautagne. Abbaye d'Hautecombe, a historic monastery overlooking the lake Bourget, is a sight you can't miss. The old town of Annecy, little Venice, is just 30 km away!
