«No housekeeping at all. 3 night stay - no new towels even after following directions to put used towels on floor.
Had to go to front desk and inquire. Was told that they were short staffed and that he guessed they didn’t come to our room.
He did give me towels.
We will not be staying at this hotel in the future»

«The room was dirty when I entered. There were mysterious black items in the bathtub. The bathtub and the floor did not look as if they had been cleaned, and there was a leak in the ceiling. When I first tried to check in at around 5 pm, I waited 30 minutes for anyone to come to the counter. I called the hotel's phone number and no one answered.
