«It was ok. The valet staff was very good. The front desk was nice on the way in. I called down later to ask whether they had any non-down, thinner pillows. She answered and said “hang on a minute” and then proceeded to talk to someone else in my ear about other stuff and then seemed really confused about what I meant about the pillow, and then said she’d have someone look into it. I was pretty sure nobody was coming and they never did. I used a folded towel for a pillow.»

«Love the location! The hotel is central to the many neighborhoods in the city. It’s about a 15 min walk to the train station, about a 30 min walk to Inner Harbor. The staff were great and were able to accommodate us checking in early. If you don’t want to leave the hotel, there’s a bar, serve breakfast, and a speakeasy! Overall, a great experience at the hotel!»

«First, I’d like to say the staff was great—no complaints there at all. Everyone was kind, helpful, and welcoming. However, the room itself was subpar. I understand this location is an older bank converted into a hotel, and while I can appreciate the nostalgia and character, it still felt very much like an old building in ways that impacted comfort. The carpet appeared extremely dirty, and the drapes did not seem clean. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen area, particularly ...

«The room was clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location. Check-in was smooth and the overall setup met my needs. However, the outside noise was quite noticeable, especially at night, which made it harder to get good rest. If you’re a light sleeper, this is something to keep in mind.»
