«This is a cute little chalet. It slept the four of us just fine. Just a couple of issues, baby mothes throughout, back burner is burnt out on stove, light bulb was burned out upstairs, and overall the decor feels dated except for the new sofa. Also, outdoor chairs were dirty and filled with spider webs.»

«Our room was very clean. Decor is mountain cabin rustic. Bathroom was very modern. One problem. Our room had a window on the door and the outside lights were too bright for sleeping. We had to cover the window with a towel. To that effect, I will say that the outside area is very well lit and we felt secure. The grounds were a bit dirty. «We stayed one night as we where driving through Blowing Rock. The hotel is charming and private, yet within walking distance to the centre of Blowing Rock. The rooms felt very clean and spacious. The included breakfast was alright - nothing special but atleast theres some warm options to choose from. Friendly staff as well. «Clean and cozy. Comfortable bed. Good parking. Great shower but slow to get hot water. Check in not good. Couldn’t get into room for 45’ because codes would not unlock the door to the room. Finally staff member appeared and gave us a master key. TV wouldn’t work. Poor WiFi. Maid halfway made up bed and emptied waste cans but did not replace used coffee cups, Keurig cups, or water cups. Have to walk to the adjacent motel for morning coffee.»
