«Cute apartment in the journal square area. Close to path about a 5 min walk. Took the path to get into Hoboken and downtown jersey city. Parking definitely a challenge-we parked our car in the Journal square parking garage $60 for 2 nights. That was about a 5 min walk as well. The apartment is a great little place. «We came up for a wedding from NC. Thomas was who I emailed with and he was right on the ball with any info I needed. The VRBO was clean and super spacious, there was a really nice green space behind the property for hanging out and the location couldn’t be more perfect for what we needed. «The apartment itself was well-maintained, clean, and had all basic amenities from kitchenware to toiletries. It has a very cabin-y feel and definitely made every one in the group feel at home. We didn't feel very safe at night in the area, outside the apartment though. Apartment itself does feel secure and we didn't actually witness anything shady happen. But if you're travelling with family, I'd recommend staying alert.»

«We came for a long weekend to the area and had a great stay at this beautiful unit! We had an event in Hoboken and in Manhattan and they were a short 15 minute ride. There were many lovely features and lots of amenities. We were a family of five with a teenage daughter, and she especially enjoyed the expansive full finished basement with essentially her own bedroom, living room, playroom and suite :-) and the rest of us were very comfortable on the main level. «Overall had a nice stay at this apartment. Here are a few inaccuracies, though, that made a difference for my family: the listing says first floor but this is on the 3rd floor, there was no coffee maker, and there was no twin futon (only two loveseat couches). Also, only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 guests for 3 nights. Otherwise the apartment was clean and spacious and had most other amenities you would need! Neighborhood was great and there was lots of parking available.»

«Mislead on the second bedroom and bathroom! Lost communications with host towards middle to end of stay. We booked a 3 week stay for business. This trip was for business not pleasure and was extremely inconvenienced throughout the entire stay. Looking to be compensated for the 2nd half of our stay and we also checked out 2 days early.»

«The first night I stayed, the bathtub was already clogging up. There was a lot of dust in plain sight. The time for checkout was 11am but we got a message from the owner at 9am saying the password would expire at 10am, when clearly in the booking check out was 11am. All this was very inconvenient. »

«The pictures indicated a property with lake access, small beach area, docks that one could explore. Upon arriving at the location neighbors informed me that we were not permitted to go to these areas as renters. Environment felt hostile and unit very tiny making it feel claustrophobic with no immediate outdoor space. Bathroom towels not included so we had to go to Walmart to purchase towels for our stay. Host was responsive via text, but not helpful in managing issues listed above.»
