«Although the room looked clean, when I spilled water on the floor and cleaned it up the white towel was very dirty. I paid for a king size bed and the lady told me it was a king size bed but when we got into our room it was a queen. I was there for a very short time, and while I was there it was quiet. They just need to make sure to really clean the rooms before putting guests in them.»
