Ideally located in the village 100m from all shops. You will find a 5-minute walk away, the stadium where petanque, volleyball, table tennis, a city will enchant young and old.

An outbuilding will allow you to isolate yourself in a small living room, toilets are available outside to prevent you from entering the house during swimming or aperitifs with the family.
Concerning the games available, petanque balls, basketball (to go and play on the nearby city), Molky game, badminton rackets (5 minutes walk away), board games.
To rest in the garden, we provide a Hamak.

In the village, you will find several restaurants on the port square and in the nearby streets where you can taste regional products. On the practical side: a mini-market, a bakery (it is possible to get there on foot), a tourist office, an ATM.
At 2.6 km, you will find a pharmacy, a butcher's shop/delicatessen.

In Mornac sur Seudre, the activities are most often organised around the oyster port where you can taste oysters, take boat trips, try your hand at paddle boarding on the Seudre or simply walk along the hiking trails in the marshes. Guided tours are also possible by a salt worker.
The seagull train stops in Mornac Sur Seudre, do not hesitate to inquire at the station and take your ticket which will take you directly to the next station for a visit to La Tremblade.

LA CÔTE SAUVAGE and its forest of pines and holm oaks, 20 km of immensity of fine sand, natural and wild area located between Royan and La Tremblade, is a playground for lovers of board sports such as surfing, bodyboarding or kitesurfing.

In the village, you have access to the port 5 minutes walk away where Paddel, Kayak, boat trips are offered to discover the Seudre. The pedestrian streets also offer you a large choice of restaurants, small craft shops.
