The staff was very nice. Breakfast area was clean, food was fine. Beds were clean and comfortable. Bathroom floor and room carpets were dirty. Air conditioner was dirty and did not cool the room.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Since I had no previous experience with this brand, I booked through Expedia for a really good rate of $65. We were given an accessible room, which we did not ask for, but the rooms were advertised as having a fridge and microwave. When we brought this to their attention, they just shrugged us off and did not do anything about it. A couple days later we had to change rooms, which was fine, however, as I was in the washroom, a bulb exploded over my head, and I had to get glass out of my feet as well as my service dog’s paws. The person at the front desk did not seem to know how to handle the situation, but then said I would have to move rooms again. Having pretty severe PTSD, the exploding lightbulb situation put me into severe anxiety complete with a panic attack, and I was unable to leave the room for almost 2 days. The next room we were in had a massive hole in the wall, the bathroom counter was falling off the walls to the point where anything going on the counter would slide off. Card was charged for whatever they felt like and not the promised rate. SCAM!

The staff was great—it’s WV! Everyone is so nice. The room was sub-par for Sonesta. The bathroom had very old fixtures. Bed was very uncomfortable. Pillows awful. Bed only had sheets and no blanket, not even an extra in the room. Asked for extra pillow & they were out. No hand soap in bathroom and overhead lightbulb was out. Most things easily fixed. Fridge next to bed—weird! Otherwise clean and mostly quiet.Felt like hotel was really a motel 6.

The rooms are very small and have no refrigerator which I needed to store my husbands medications! These are usually standard in hotel rooms! I had a cooler to store them thankfully! Only minimal thin towels and one bar of soap provided. Didn’t like the shower gel, conditioner and body lotion provided too perfumy! The hair dryer fell off the wall when I tried to use it. The breakfast was about the only saving grace! The biscuits were great and coffee was good. The staff were trying their best. The rooms on either side of us were noisy at 2:30 AM I didn't bother the staff just yelled at them myself! At least it’s close to the highway and a couple of restaurants within walking distance! There was a mall up the street as well! Don’t think I will bother staying there in future!

We had no towels or blankets. Had to go back down to get them. The toilet leaked so the floor was wet. Remote for the TV didn't work. Plus they charged us again even though I paid through Expedia. I hopefully will get reimbursed when I check out

Property is not kept up. Needs a lot of TLC. Caters to gas line workers. Would not recommend it for travellers or snow birds. Rooms have a stale odour in them.

The staff was extremely friendly. The room was ok. Outdated though, broken tiles in the bathroom, toilet was not cleaned thoroughly. Someone elses poop was in it. I had a joining room. I didn't care it was joining rooms, but the person who had the other room Saturday night woke me up with his extremely loud talking as if he was in the room with us. This occured sunday morning at 3am. There really was no breakfast choice Saturday morning and the breakfast was all taken by other residents by 8am and was not replenished by the time I left at 9am.

fIRST OF ALL you should have notified people of the name change. The room clean but no glasses in the room no clock no lamps you had to have the overhead bright lights of the bathroom light on. both the cieling lights over the desk and the window burned out . Property had some issues... exhaust fan, bathroom lock, TV remote didn't work, some floor tiles were cracked. Decent place that looks like it was a bit behind on maintenance. Good location, and staff were helpful and friendly.

Room smelled of Javex which meant it wa sanitized and although not overbearing was enough to have to open a window. No tissues in the container in the bathroom. There was a hair stuck to the wall of the shower. The shower head is a handheld that had a loose mount and would only point straight down. water pressure was not good. Room was supposed to have a queen bed but it seemed to be a double bed. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

The bathroom in the room needed a thorough cleaning. The USB ports for charging didn’t work, the main light in the room didn’t work, and the air condition didn’t cool the room. The breakfast was very minimal.

There was a giant fist hole in the bathroom door, the microwave was full of moldy food and trash, and the breakfast looked/tasted like it was from last weekend. The guy at the desk was nice though.

Everything was very nice. Good value for the money. Breakfast not so good- eggs dry and sausage gravy cold. Overall pleasant stay.
