Welcome to Suncrest Haven, a beautifully upgraded split-level home built in 1964, offering the
perfect blend of vintage charm and modern comfort. Nestled in the heart of Morgantown’s well-
known Suncrest neighborhood, this home features a spacious private backyard deck that is
surrounded by lush bamboo —ideal for relaxing mornings, evening gatherings, or simply
enjoying the view.

Inside, you’ll find thoughtfully updated features throughout the home, creating a warm and
inviting space for your stay. And don’t forget the kids—they get their very own hangout spot in
the basement! Stocked with games, puzzles, and a foosball table, it’s the perfect place for fun
and laughter while the adults unwind upstairs.

Whether you’re here for game day, a family visit, or a local getaway, Suncrest Haven has
everything you need to feel at home.

Our house comfortably sleeps 11 with 1 King bed and 2 queens upstairs and the basement downstairs has 3 twin sized beds and one full size. 2 of the twin sized beds are at the top of the bunk beds. The home occupancy permits 11 overnight guests.

Complimentary WiFi, live TV via Roku TV and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

You can use the entire house and backyard. The place is yours while you stay.

There will not be any in person contact, unless we have to send a handyman out to fix something. We provide self check-in and enough instructions, that you shouldn't need us other than in unique situations.

We are also very accessible through the in-app messaging.

There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to 3 days before you arrive to the house.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

*Cancellations* Please keep in mind that we do stick to the cancellation policy on our listing and we do not make exceptions. This includes for family emergencies, contract changes, travel delays etc (anything that is out of our control as the host). We strongly recommend getting travel insurance if you have concerns with this, as it is not expensive and provides you peace of mind.
