Access is granted through a smartlock app called August Home. You will receive instructions and an invitation to the properties lock via text prior to your stay. Checkin is after 3:00 pm and Checkout is at 10:00 am.

The property requires stairs to access bedrooms and bathrooms and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. There is no garbage disposal, so please no food or grease or anything other than liquids down the sink. This is a no smoking household, so if you smoke, please note you will need to go outside to do so. If any smell of smoke is evident after checkout, fees will apply. This is a PET FRIENDLY location, however please let owner/manager know if you do have a Pet.
