Welcome to your Finger Lakes escape on beautiful Owasco Lake. This cozy lakefront cottage was designed for laid-back lake days, sunset dinners, and quality time with family and friends.

Inside, the home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across 3 bedrooms and offers a welcoming living space with beautiful natural light and lake views. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals during your stay, while both indoor and outdoor dining spaces provide plenty of room to gather together.

PLEASE NOTE
- Please note there are many stairs leading down to the dock and water frontage. The steps are very sturdy but steep. Guests that do not wish to use the stairs can still enjoy the beautiful lake views from the deck! Guests with mobility concerns should keep this in mind when booking.
- Firewood is not provided for the fire pit but you are welcome to bring your own! We also recommend bringing lawn chairs for additional seating around the fire pit.

Guests will have access to the entire home, private dock, outdoor dining areas, fire pit, and private lake frontage during their stay. Self check-in is available via smart lock for a smooth and convenient arrival experience.

We provide an initial starter set of toiletries that includes shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for each bathroom, dishwasher pods, toilet tissue, trash bags, laundry detergent and dryer sheets.
- Check-in is after 4:00 PM with self check-in (smart lock). Checkout is by 10:00 AM. Need a later checkout? Message us and we`ll do our best to make it work.

- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

- No parties or events.

- No smoking or vaping inside the home.

- No pets, please. Service animals are always welcome.

- The primary guest must be at least 21 years old.

- If anything gets broken or damaged, please let us know right away. Accidents happen, and telling us early helps us get things fixed for the next guest.
