«Our suite was perfect and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The views were stunning! I would say our only complaint was the New Year’s dinner. Unfortunately, it was not particularly worth the prix fixe price. However, breakfast was a real treat. »

«The location was spectacular. Lovely welcome drinks and leis, and Eileen was very accommodating. We had great massages and it was the perfect spot to take off for snorkeling trips. We would definitely come back! »

«We stayed in the executive suite and it was great - three bathrooms, two bedrooms, a kitchen and living room area all over two floors. Hotel lobby staff is friendly and service minded. We didn't get to use the swimming pool. The restaurant Le Velvet located on the hotel's ground floor offers really good food over a wide price range. All in all a good place to stay if you choose to visit Papeete.»

«We arrived early morning, too early to get in our room, but the staff did everything to make us comfortable. We were given cards to use the pool or take a shower. The very helpful concierge, Day, helped us plan the next five days. We had rented a car and she gave us very helpful directions and maps with highlights.
After a lovely lunch we did get into our ocean view room which unexpectedly had a lovely view of Moo’rea. »
