«All staff was extremely friendly and accommodating!! The room was very clean and very nice and comfortable as were the grounds!!! We would like to suggest that the quiet hours be enforced in reverse. Meaning we were informed of a noise complaint at 6:30 PM that was reported by a occupant next to us and quiet hours didn’t start till 9:00 PM. «Great location, charming breakfast area on the bay and nice people in the reception BUT: 1. The aircondition and safe were not working in the first hut we moved into. Two people came to check on the problems, left and never got back to us, so we had to go to the reception area three extra times, and then wait for three hours before we had to move our luggage to a new cabin. «The deluxe bungalow was so nice inside with all the modern conveniences but had a thatched roof giving you an authentic Polynesian experience. The bed and linens were very comfortable and the bathroom had 2 beautiful sinks and walk in shower. The kitchenette was an added plus! The pool was wonderful and ocean view and beach were beautiful.
