Good: Excellent location, Sam from Info desk was lovely and helpful.
Bad: I reached there at 3PM sharp and my only request was to have room on the higher floors. The first room allotted to me was a double room that opened to another room (I was a solo traveller). The phone in that room was not working. So I had to go down and inform them about it to get me another room. Then, they tried to allot me a room on the 7th floor saying none of the floors above are available. After a lot of back and forth, they told me that they can allot me a room on the higher floors after an hour or so, since it was still being cleaned. I agreed and requested conceirge to inform me when the room is ready, meanwhile, I was eating at Stanley. Eventually, at 5PM, tired of waiting for them to call me, I went back to the conceirge and was told they tried calling me (I received no calls). Eventually, I was allotted a room on the 29th floor and was asked to shift rooms on my own. The keys they gave me didn’t work and I was stuck in the elevator for 10 minutes, had to come back again to the conceirge, they sent a bell boy this time with me. Finally, when I checked into the new room at 5PM, noticed the washroom was not clean. When I then requested for housekeeping services, I was told it’s not available. They sent someone to clean the washroom only after I had to create a ruckus over it. The staff that came in to clean gave me dirty looks about having to clean the washroom. 3 hours ruined on Day 1.
