Il s'avère que votre air climatisé fonctionnait parfaitement. Le personnel vous a maintes fois répété de venir nous voir s' il y avait un problème dans votre chambre, chose que vous n'avez jamais faite. Bien que les commentaires constructifs soient toujours les bienvenus, quels qu'ils soient, cependant, les propos diffamatoires gratuits afin de nous salir ne sont en aucun cas acceptables. Pour cette raison, vous et votre compagne êtes désormais sur la liste noire de notre établissement.
