Just a 25-minute walk from Downtown Montreal, this modern apartment offers a closed bedroom, sofa bed and elegant bathroom, accommodating up to 3 people. Fully furnished, you only need to bring your personal belongings!



The apartment has a refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee maker, as well as all the necessary utensils. Bedding, towels and dishes are provided for your convenience. To enjoy the fresh air, a balcony is at your disposal, offering a soothing view of the outside.



The rent also includes high-speed Internet, electricity, hot water and heating.
